How We Work

We execute our mission by supporting sustainable, self-determining economic solutions, such as:

  • Providing one-off financial grants to Black female entrepreneurs and business owners with no expectation of equity.

  • Unlocking our vast network to accelerate the progress of these entrepreneurs by matching them with Black professionals who can offer pro bono support to address specific challenges and barriers.

  • Sharing knowledge and intellectual capital by running a calendar of events that address specific topics connected to supporting economic inclusion and increasing generational wealth.

A very important part of what we do is the ability to bring together Black executive peers across a myriad of industries.

Exceptional talent who collectively have worked within the biggest global corporations, and generated millions for them, enable us to utilise their intellectual capital and experience to accelerate progress for initiatives that directly affect the African diaspora community.

What partnering with us means in real terms

We center the voices and experiences of those most impacted by racism, exclusion and discrimination.
1
We prioritise our investments and support to those who we believe have financially viable businesses yet could do with more support to take them to the next level.
2
You embrace our commitment to the UK’s African Diaspora community within the UK and agree that your involvement in any of our initiatives is based on the realisation of tangible action.
